ReplyDeleteDespite my numerous complaints on your facebook page and calling up the manager of Jalan 222 branch on how unprofessional they are in handling or fixing my VW Sharan nothing has been done!
It has been over 3 weeks the car has been in the workshop over a simple issue of the automatic door not being able to close. They still can't fix it till today. The service centre does not inform me of the progress. When I call, the manager says its all fixed and it will be ready tomorrow but its never ready the next day. We asked for a courtesy car but they give excuses that they don't have one. We now have to borrow cars from friends in order to send our kids to school. It is shocking how you treat your customers. Despite the public out-cry there has been absolutely no improvement on your total lack of care for your customers.
